Is this event indoors or outdoors?

The Wingspan Event Center is a 40,000 square foot event hall inside the new, state-of-the-art Westside Commons complex. The event is not outside.

What are my transportation options?

Please plan ahead and don't drink and drive. The MAX light rail and TriMet both stop adjacent to the center, and are an inexpensive way to get there and back. Bring a designated driver along, and they'll get free NA beverages while you taste the rest of the beer. (Parking is $10/day.)

Is there parking at the Wingspan Event Center?

Yes, there is ample parking, and it costs $10/day to park.

What are the COVID safety measures?

Hillsbrew Festival is abiding by all Oregon, Washington County and Wingspan Event Center guidelines for safety that are in effect at the time of the festival.

What's the Hillsbrew Festival all about, anyway?

We're celebrating the incredible variety of brewers from all parts of Oregon. You'll be able to sample selections from more than 40 of the state's best craft beverage makers, enjoy food, music and the company of your fellow beer lovers.

What time do you start and stop pouring?

Our volunteers will start serving at 12 noon, but we'll begin selling tickets at the door at 11:30 am each day. Mug and ticket sales end 30 minutes before taps close. The taps close at 9:00 pm sharp, but our license gives you one more hour to finish your food and beer. Everyone must be out by 10:00 pm.

Can I buy a t-shirt?

Hillsbrew Festival merchandise will be available to purchase on site during the festival!

Are there hotels in the area?

Yes! There are several hotels located near the event, so you can stay overnight and visit the festival again the next day. Check out our LODGING DISCOUNTS page for special offers to Hillsbrew attendees.

Do you need more volunteers?

We are currently accepting volunteer applications on our VOLUNTEER page. Volunteers will receive a festival t-shirt, a mug, and tickets to try up to three beers—plus one extra if you show proof that you're using public transit! Shifts are 4-5 hours long.

Can I bring my baby?

Your baby is adorable, but unless they're over 21, they won't be allowed in.

Are dogs allowed at the festival?

No, dogs aren't allowed inside the Wingspan Event Center where the festival is being held. The exception is service animals, per ADA regulations. We acknowledge that your dog is a very good boy/girl who deserves a treat, regardless.
