Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1998, Cascade Brewing is a pioneer of the sour beer renaissance, innovating the Northwest Sour Ale in 2006. The brewery’s portfolio of distinctive sour ales features fruit-forward, barrel-aged ales with complex flavors and aromas. An emphasis on year-to-year variation captures the unique subtleties of each year’s fruit growing season, leading sour beer connoisseurs around the world to seek out Cascade’s Northwest Sour Ales. Hopworks urban brewing
Hopworks creates exceptional beer and food using sustainable business practices that protect the planet and support their community. With locally-sourced, organic and Salmon-Safe hops, their 20-barrel brewery produces 10,000 barrels of beer per year for their two brewpubs, airport brewpub, and for distribution throughout Cascadia and beyond. Hopworks is family-owned and operated, employing 75+ people in the PNW. It was the first Certified B Corporation brewery in the Pacific Northwest and their Powell Brewery was the first Salmon-Safe Certified brewery in the world.

Coin Toss Brewing
Coin Toss Brewing, based in Oregon City, offers a variety of signature brews available by the pint, crowler, growler, or keg. The company is committed to crafting the finest beers in honor of Beervana's illustrious history. The Coin Toss moniker is a nod to the fateful event that determined the city of Portland's name. Although pioneer Asa Lovejoy (from Boston, Mass.) may have lost the historic coin toss to Francis Pettygrove (of Portland, Maine), the brewery would like to reach back through the years and tell him: Heads or tails? It's beer, you win!

Ecliptic Brewing is a venture from John Harris, an Oregon craft brewing icon. The name Ecliptic Brewing unites John’s two passions: brewing and astronomy. The ecliptic is earth’s yearly path around the sun, and the brewery celebrates this journey through the seasons with the food and beer they make. Ecliptic's brewhouse showcases several beer releases each year, ranging from modern and experimental brews to long-standing favorites.

Ridgewalker brewing
Ridgewalker is a Brewery and Public House offering 34 taps. They strive to brew all styles themselves, but believe in the importance of guest taps to support their fellow brewery friends. Each of Ridgewalker's brews have back stories with characters that resemble them, like a knight in shining armor, resembling their Longstride IPA, or a pirate sailing the high seas in honor of their Alluvion Amber Ale.

Gigantic Brewing Company is an independent, artisanal brewery located in the Southeast quadrant of the Peoples Republic of Portland. They hold themselves to a simple principle – Never Give an Inch. caldera Brewing company
Caldera Brewing Company, located in Ashland, Oregon, is dedicated to producing uncompromised quality ales, lagers, seltzers, sodas and cuisine. In 2005, Caldera became the first brewery on the West Coast to can its beer, helping to start a canning revolution. Their 28,000-square-foot building features a restaurant and two brew houses. Caldera incorporates 100% whole-flower hops into the brewing process, resulting in a cleaner brewing profile than pelletized hops produce.

DEEP SPACE BREWING
Deep Space Brewing has been producing small-batch beers in Hillsboro since 2017, starting out with a small 3-barrel system back in the storage room. Two years later, their brewpub opened, serving handcrafted foods and beer on their spacious, dog-friendly patio. The pub gave Deep Space the opportunity to reduce waste and find new ways to upcycle spent grains and other ingredients into menu items, making for a more sustainable business.

deschutes brewery
In 1988, inspired by a belief that good beer brings people together, Gary Fish founded The Deschutes Brewery & Public House as just that – a home for the public. In its first year, the public house sold 310 barrels of beer. Today, the brewery sells more than 225,000 barrels of beer each year and Deschutes can be found in 32 states and even a few countries. Over the years, Deschutes Brewery’s expanded beyond the original pub with a second brewery and tasting room in Bend, a pub in downtown Portland, and a tasting room in Roanoke, Virginia.

COOPER MOUNTAIN ALE WORKS
Starting off in an attached garage in Beaverton, Cooper Mountain Ale Works' motto was always "Discover the beer you didn't know you loved". What brought together the team that founded the brewery was a desire to make unique, diverse beers that couldn't be found locally. Today, Cooper Mountain brews a wide range of beer on a 10-barrel production system in downtown Tigard. They also maintain a smaller 3-barrel system, still in the garage they got their start in, for pilot batches and smaller runs of specialty beers.

Wild Ride Brewing is a production brewery and Tap Room located in the heart of downtown Redmond, Oregon. Planning began in late 2011, and the beers began flowing from the taps at Wild Ride Brewing on May 10, 2014. Now they're open 7 days a week with food options available from the food cart community located on their patio. Wild Ride's family-friendly Tap Room has indoor and outdoor seating to fit the Central Oregon lifestyle. The brewery currently distributes their beers throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska.

Ex Novo Brewing Company
Beer has always done a great job of bringing people together and hatching great ideas, like the one to start a brewery that gives all its profits away. Ex Novo's mission as a brewery is to donate 100% of their profits to those building a better world and bringing hope to places where it is scarce. Joel Gregory is the Founder and President and manages the new business along with enjoying being a father of two little girls. Ex Novo opened its doors in July of 2014, and is still going strong thanks to the community's support.

PARALLEL 45 BREWING
Founded in 2018 by Ryan Booth and Greg Laird, Parallel 45 Brewing is Independence, Oregon's first craft brewery. They focus on producing high-quality ales, lager and other traditional styles, and are a warm and welcoming destination for the local folks of Polk and Marion Counties. Parallel 45 was honored to be awarded the gold medal for breweries in the Best of the Willamette Valley in both 2020 and 2021.

Boneyard Beer
Boneyard Beer was started with one goal in mind - make great beer. After decades in the brewing industry, owner Tony Lawrence built up a “boneyard” of old equipment he collected from 13 different breweries around the country. Alongside co-founders Clay and Melodee Storey, this second-hand brewing equipment was pieced together to brew the first batch of Boneyard Beer in May 2010. As Boneyard has grown, the initial fermenters have been replaced with shiny new ones, but the original, refurbished 20-barrel system is still the one Boneyard uses for seasonal and special release beers today.

STICKMEN BREWING COMPANY
Stickmen Brewing Company began in 2012 as a brewpub based in Lake Oswego, brewing on a 7-barrel system. In 2017, Stickmen added a 60-barrel production brewery and beerhall in Tualatin. This location is known for authentic wood-fired pizzas, 28 taps, and large event space hosting axe throwing in a spacious, family-friendly atmosphere. Principal owner and recipe creator, Tim Schoenheit, grew up in a home where new food experiences were the norm with exposure to many cuisines. This fostered his creativity and love of experimentation and has influenced his desire to offer a wide range of beer styles.

THREE MUGS BREWING Co
Founded in 2013, this family- and veteran-owned and operated brewery supplies their community with amazing craft beers. They take an active role in the community by partnering with local charities and local businesses. Three Mugs has grown from a humble taproom with five guest taps to an impressive 20 rotating guest taps in less than a year. Brewery operations began in early 2014, with their first beers debuting during the Oregon Brewers Guild event, Zwickelmania 2014, on February 15th, 2014. Today, 18 of their 24 taps host their very own beers in a wide variety of styles.

Worthy Brewing, a solar powered brewery located in Bend, Oregon, was founded in 2012 by Roger Worthington. Worthy first opened its doors in February 2013, and today they brew a full portfolio of craft beers while operating two full-time pubs – their original location on the east side of Bend, and Beers & Burgers downtown.

Brewing innovative and creative craft beer since 2008, Vertigo Brewing has become a staple in the extended Portland Metropolitan area. Visit their Hillsboro Brewery and Taproom with rotating food trucks on weekends and some week days, and join in for bingo and trivia on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month.

Pelican Brewing Company was born at the beach in Pacific City in 1996. Slowdrift is a newer brewery located on Highway 6 alongside the picturesque Wilson River between Portland and Tillamook. Brewers Cathi and Darren have been brewing togethter for years, and decided to open their own place for locals and travelers to slow down and enjoy a beer. The taphouse serves up 14 different beers and delicious food from its neighbor restaurant, OutAZABlue.

Named for the birds that dramatically descend on Portland as they migrate each autumn, Swift makes traditional and modern craft ciders using fresh-pressed, locally-grown apples, natural fermentation, and whole fruit and botanical infusions. Swift is independently owned and distributed throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Southern California, and their taproom serves its Northeast Portland neighbors with indoor and outdoor seating.

Bauman's Cider COMPANY
Founded in 2015 by Christine (Bauman) Walter on her family’s farm located in Gervais, Oregon. The Bauman Family homesteaded in Oregon in 1895 and has been farming in the Willamette Valley ever since. Christine’s great-grandfather Stephen Bauman was known to make hard cider in one of the old barns. While the original recipe has long been forgotten, Christine strives to make cider Stephen would have been proud of, using as many fruits and other ingredients from the farm as possible in her ciders.
